I find it interesting and a tad disingenious that your ranting about Airbnb isn't based on the experince of a third party. Running a business, any business, comes with it's own risks and downsides. That is is why it is important to do thorough research about a business before venturing into it. If your friend complains a lot about Airbnb, it's either she's been so unlucky she only gets the worst guests, or she had a rosy picture of the business before she started.
