I vividly remember that you wrote an article towards the end of last year in which you specified why you've been fasting every end of the year. Just like your December article, this one is thorough and very informative.

I've been fasting intermittently (sometimes by choice, but not every time), and it has been beneficial to me. My energy is different after each proper fast. The scientific literature strongly supports intermittent fasting, and I hope that more people can begin to incorporate it into their lives.
