Indeed you make an excellent point Dr. Mehmet Yildiz. Very often, people underestimate the value of emotions on our health and wellbeing. As part of my training as a clinical psychologist, I have studied the effects of emotions on our physical health. As you accurately mentioned, positive emotions can bolster our immunity, making us healthier.

One important source of positive emotions that is often overlooked is LOVE. When you love someone and they love you back, you achieve a kind of positive synergy with them; a synergy where you share positive feelings, as well as experience genuine empathy and care. Being in love can be magical, and have a healing effect.

I know this because I’m speaking from my firsthand experience. Recently, I fell in love for the first time and it was magical. I have documented my experience in an article, which I published here on Medium.
