Its obvious that they do it because it looks cool. These guys don't do anything without thinking about the optics. Unfortunately, some African governments let themselves be pawns in this game. There are many black kids in America up for adoption but the optics coupled with relatively lax adoption laws in some African countries are the perfect recipe to enhance Madonna's image along with other celebrities that engage in these acts.
