Thank you for expounding on the many health benefits of intermittent fasting. It's been public knowledge for the longest time, but many people still don't know that skipping meals has a lot of advantages. You've done a thorough job of enumerating those advantages here.

I like that you also made it clear that it's not for everybody. It should only be done by a person that is medically fit to do so, and only after extensive consultation from a health professional.
